The AEL-STARTUP – Incubadora de empresas (AEL-STARTUP – Incubator of Lafões) is a business incubator, belonging to AEL – Lafões Business Association, 5 km from the A25. 20 minutes from Viseu, 30 from Aveiro and 1h from Porto. It is located close to the Universities of Aveiro, Coimbra, Porto and the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu.

The AEL-STARTUP  has 3 incubation structures: 1 Incubator with 10 offices in the center of Vouzela, 1 outdoor Incubator, with 10 stores in the Rua Vouzela street, 1 thermal incubator, in the Spa of S. Pedro do Sul, as well as partnerships with banks, municipalities and investors.
